SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All Sister Style products are custom-made to order using print-on-demand fulfillment. Once you place an order, please allow 5-10 business days for production before your item ships. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
This item is shipped from our fulfillment center in the USA. International customers (the buyer) are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, or customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods. WE DO NOT collect these beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as these charges are assessed by your local government.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
After production is complete, shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (Zimbabwe): 10-15 business days
- Standard Shipping (International): 10-20 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 3-5 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the product price. You will not be charged additional shipping fees at checkout unless you select an express or expedited shipping option (where available).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at info@shopsisterstyle.com before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@shopsisterstyle.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping carriers to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once production has begun.
