RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Custom-Made Products All items sold by Sister Style are custom print-on-demand products, created specifically for you after your order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

Return Window Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately with photos of the defect or damage.

How to Request a Return To request a return for a defective or damaged item:

  1. Email us at info@shopsisterstyle.com with your order number
  2. Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
  3. Describe the issue in detail

Return Shipping For approved returns due to defects or errors on our part, we will provide a return shipping address and prepaid return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if returning items for reasons other than defects or our errors.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are non-refundable and are the buyer's responsibility.
